is set to open @ Q4 2025 / Q1 2026, and we're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Leader / Supervisor to join our pre-opening team.
About the Role
As a Housekeeping Team Leader / Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience through immaculate spaces and thoughtful touches. You will lead a dedicated team to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and brand expression - ensuring every room reflects the warmth and individuality of our Tribute Portfolio identity.
Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping Operations
Plan daily resources and assign tasks to ensure smooth shift operations
Supervise cleaning activities and room readiness in line with Marriott brand standards
Conduct inspections of guest rooms, service pantries, and housekeeping trolleys
Monitor room turnover and coordinate with Front Office for timely releases
Report maintenance issues and follow through on defect rectification
Prepare rooms for VIP arrivals, ensuring personalized setups and amenities
Maintain inventory of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies
Support sustainability efforts through responsible product usage and waste reduction
Team Leadership
Guide and motivate a team of Room Attendants and Public Area Cleaners
Conduct on-the-job training and onboarding for new hires
Provide coaching and feedback to enhance performance and service delivery
Uphold hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance across all housekeeping activities
Foster a culture of pride, accountability, and attention to detail
Talent Profile
Minimum 3 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel setting (
4-5 star preferred)
Pre-opening experience (a plus!)
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and chemical handling
Confident communicator with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment
Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Able to start work within short notice.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
