Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of HR.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Liaise with hiring managers on recruitment needs, design and implement a holistic recruiting strategy
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals/social media etc.
• Screen candidates\' resumes and job applications
• Liaise and arrange interview with hiring managers
• Prepares job offer package
• Negotiates on job offers as appropriate
• Follows through on employment contract preparation and signatures;
• Application of Work Passes for foreign staff
• Involves with on-boarding process
• Conduct of various aspects of HR Management functions including payroll, administration of staff welfare and recreation benefits.
• General administration tasks such as housekeeping and coordination of training programs
• Company\'s centralised purchases. Meeting vendors and negotiating prices to keep within budgetary and cost requirement.
• Performs any other admin duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years\' experience in HR management with hands-on in recruitment
• Familiar with work pass applications
• Experience with Times software Payroll System an added advantage
