Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of HR.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Liaise with hiring managers on recruitment needs, design and implement a holistic recruiting strategy
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals/social media etc.
Screen candidates\' resumes and job applications
Liaise and arrange interview with hiring managers
Prepares job offer package
Negotiates on job offers as appropriate
Follows through on employment contract preparation and signatures;
Application of Work Passes for foreign staff
Involves with on-boarding process
Conduct of various aspects of HR Management functions including payroll, administration of staff welfare and recreation benefits.
General administration tasks such as housekeeping and coordination of training programs
Company\'s centralised purchases. Meeting vendors and negotiating prices to keep within budgetary and cost requirement.
Performs any other admin duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 years\' experience in HR management with hands-on in recruitment
Familiar with work pass applications
Experience with Times software Payroll System an added advantage
