Provide technical support for end users with regards to computer hardware and operating systems, applications, and connectivity
Timely manner conform the ticket priority
Assists with setting up hardware, software and related peripherals
Assists with changes and modifications to operating system and applications
Maintains knowledge database for variety of information, procedures, and solutions
Educates and assists users in usage of applications and operating systems
Provide Windows, MS server and Security System support and administration
Perform equipment preventive maintenance, system administration and backup
Prepare cost analysis and advice management on equipment and software needs, and assist in purchasing procedures
Manage vendors and suppliers
Ensure systems and network facilities follows Company policies
Ensure all work procedures are well documented and up to date
Develop and maintain issues logs with external parties to track all unresolved
Requirements
Diploma in IT Engineering or equivalent
Min 3-5 years of experience in user application support or helpdesk
Proven knowledge of MS operating system and applications such as MS Windows, MS Office 365, SAP & etc.
Sound knowledge of network technology, such as LAN/WAN protocols, routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
