Our client, they are a US MNC in Pharmaceutical Industry. They are looking for an Admin Assistant to assist their Human Resource team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the west - easily acessible. Responsibilities:

  • Provides support to HR team
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Parcticipate in company & community events and activities organisation.
  • Responsible for mainitaining HR documentation including data entry, filing etc
  • Assists in various HR activities including L&D, orientation, training and onboarding and etc
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Min 1 years of relevant HR experience
