Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and direct messages appropriately.
Provide general administrative support including typing, filing, printing, mailing, and courier arrangements.
Renew and follow up on insurance, permits, and certifications.
Liaise with vendors for equipment purchases, renewals, and maintenance.
Raise Purchase Orders (POs) using SAP system.
Assist with staff attendance tracking, HR-related purchases, and record management.
Maintain staff leave records and employee particulars.
Support the recruitment process (application forms, interview scheduling).
Coordinate staff onboarding and orientation (PC access, materials).
Organize company events, staff welfare activities, and training sessions.
Assist with ISO & GMP-related documentation and compliance requirements.
Prepare and record minutes for meetings (departmental & ISO).
Schedule and manage training, courses, and annual health checks.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HR or Management.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Human Resource or Business Management.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
Experience with Infotech HR system will be an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to multi-task, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
