We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant to join our team. You will support daily HR operations such as recruitment and administration, while also getting hands-on exposure to employer branding by helping manage our company's social media pages.
What You'll Do
Assist in posting job ads and arranging interviews
Maintain attendance and HR records
Support onboarding and HR documentation
Help with office admin tasks (e.g. stationery, filing)
Update company activities on LinkedIn/Facebook and support staff engagement events
What We're Looking For
Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field
Fresh graduates welcome
Basic MS Office skills
Familiar with social media platforms
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
