Job Description

Recruitment
Provide assistance in the recruitment selection process;
Help in the shortlisting of applicants and endorse candidate/s to the hiring panel for selection;
Provide assistance in the on-boarding and processing of requirements of new employees;
Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events;
Employee Engagement and Welfare
Develop activities and programs to support healthy work culture;
Assist in the implementation of HR engagement initiatives;
Facilitate and monitor work Anniversary, Birthday, and other celebration announcements via Workplace;
Place a role in the company's community communication thru memos or cascade on policies and other important announcements;
Assist in monitoring employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health;
Benefits Administration & Timekeeping
Assist in monitoring employee benefits;
Monitors and records employee vacation leaves, sick leaves, offsets, and tardiness;
Assists in the processing of employee loan requirements;
Assist in the monitoring, and updating of compliances relating to the employees' regulatory concerns including SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, BIR, and other statutory requirements;
Prepare new hire and separated employee reports for SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, and DOLE every end of the month, or as necessary.
Administrative
Ensure that company policies are strictly implemented across all employees by having stern adherence to the rules and policies of the organization;
Assist in policy development, documentation, employee relations, and continuous improvement of HR best practices;
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Assist in event-related tasks if required or needed;
Demonstrates Integrity and Sound morale.
Minimum of at least 1-year proven working experience in HR;
People-oriented and results-driven;
Familiarity with Learning Needs Analysis (LNA);
Basic knowledge in Philippine Labor Law;
Knowledge of HR systems and databases;
Ability to recommend strategy on HR best practices;
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field.
