Job Description


We are looking for a HR Admin Assistant to perform a variety of personnel-related human resource and administrative tasks.

:

  • Maintaining employee records (soft and hard copies)
  • Updating HR databases
  • Assisting in full payroll preparation
  • Prepare HR policy documents and check on procedures
  • Process employee requests and provide relevant information
  • Minutes taking during HR meetings and training sections
  • Post job advertisement and process the incoming resumes
  • Manage calls and address queries accordingly
  • Any other ad-hoc duties if necessary
Requirement:
  • At least 1 year experience in human resource and administrative tasks
  • Proficient in MS Office applications such as excel and word
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Support and assist Human Resource Department
