Basic Functions
Responsible in providing day-to-day HR and Administrative supports
Organize staff engagement activities to build a strong company culture
Responsibilities
Perform onboarding and offboarding arrangement such as recruitment, employment contract preparation, staff pass, orientation schedule, requiring of laptop for new hire, exit clearance, etc
Organize, involve and lead HR activities in Stewardship, recreational, wellness, engagement etc.
Manage leave administration, medical claims, and process staff insurance claims
Administer work pass applications, cancellation and renewal
Administer training related matters
Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee personnel files.
Make HR announcement such as new hire, promotion, covid-19, etc.
Replenishment of Pantry items & Stationaries
Preparing necessary documents requested by auditor and other parties when required
Perform other ad-hoc projects or duties when required
Requirements
Diploma / GCE \xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d level / ITE or equivalent with at least 1-2 years relevant working experience
Possess effective communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and relate well to others
Ability to multi-task and pay attention to details
Able to work in a team and keep confidentiality
Basic knowledge in Timesoft payroll & leave system will be an added advantage
