What You'll Do
As an HR & Admin Executive, you'll play a key role in keeping our team running smoothly. Your day-to-day could include:
Helping out with recruitment -- screening candidates and scheduling interviews
Coordinating interviews and keeping things organized between candidates and hiring managers
Supporting new hires through onboarding and making sure they feel welcome
Handling basic office tasks like managing records, organizing files, and preparing for meetings
Assisting with team activities and keeping the company vibe strong
What We're Looking For
GCE A-Level or Polytechnic Diploma (or equivalent)
Friendly, approachable, and comfortable working with people
Good communication and time management skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Open to learning -- no prior HR/Admin experience needed
Someone who takes initiative and gets things done
