Key Responsibilities
Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding
Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately and confidentially
Assist with payroll processing, leave tracking, and other HR processes
Handle daily office operations and general administrative duties
Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations
Who We're Looking For
Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or related fields (students and entry-level candidates welcome)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva or Excel is a plus
Proactive, positive, and detail-oriented
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
