Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
Assist in developing and recommending creative recruitment strategies
Post job ads, source candidates, and support end-to-end hiring activities
Candidate & Resume Screening
Review applications and assess candidate suitability
Conduct reference checks and assist with initial screening
Interview Coordination
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Ensure a smooth, professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers
Payroll & HR Administration
Support basic payroll processes and attendance tracking
Maintain accurate, organised, and confidential employee records
Training & Development
Assist with onboarding, orientation, and new hire preparation
Employee Relations
Support initiatives that strengthen engagement and workplace culture
Requirements
Minimum GCE A Levels or Local Diploma
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with recruitment tools or job portals is an advantage
Detail-oriented, organised, and eager to learn
