What You'll Do
Assist with talent acquisition, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and hiring support
Screen resumes, assist with reference checks, and conduct initial candidate screenings
Coordinate interviews and manage schedules for a smooth process
Support payroll, attendance tracking, and maintain employee records
Help with onboarding, training coordination, and employee engagement
What We're Looking For
GCE A Level or Local Diploma qualification
Strong communication skills and a people-oriented mindset
Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks
Familiarity with recruitment platforms is a plus
Eager to learn and grow in HR
