Job Description

Human Resources Responsibilities o Recruitment Support o Assist in posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates o Maintain applicant tracking systems and databases o Onboarding & Offboarding o Prepare onboarding documents and welcome kits o Coordinate orientation sessions and exit procedures o Employee Records Management o Maintain and update employee files (digital and physical) o Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies o Attendance & Leave Tracking o Monitor employee attendance and leave applications o Update HR systems with leave balances and approvals o HR Policy Communication o Help disseminate HR policies and procedures o Respond to employee queries regarding benefits, policies, and payroll o Training & Development Support o Schedule training sessions and track participation o Assist in evaluating training effectiveness

Administrative Responsibilities o Office Management o Manage office supplies and inventory o Coordinate maintenance and vendor services o Document Handling o Draft and format letters, memos, and reports o File and retrieve documents as needed o Meeting & Travel Coordination o Schedule meetings and prepare agendas o Arrange travel bookings and accommodations o Reception Duties o Greet visitors and handle incoming calls o Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries o Support to Management o Provide administrative support to department heads * o Assist in preparing presentations and reports
