o Coordinate orientation sessions and exit procedures

o Maintain and update employee files (digital and physical)
o Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies
o Attendance & Leave Tracking
o Monitor employee attendance and leave applications
o Update HR systems with leave balances and approvals
o HR Policy Communication
o Help disseminate HR policies and procedures
o Respond to employee queries regarding benefits, policies, and payroll
o Training & Development Support
o Schedule training sessions and track participation
o Assist in evaluating training effectiveness

o Office Management
