Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Overall adminstrative support for the company.
  • Managing and processing fortnightly and weekly payroll.
  • Renewal of workers expiring pass and licenses etc...
  • Assist in workers enquiries eg. their IRAS, opening bank account etc...
  • Organize road tax, insurance, parking, VPC, Claims etc...
  • All other duties as instructed by your immediate supervisor.
Requirements
  • Min GCE 'N' or 'O' Levels
  • Entry Level candidates are welcome
  • PC literate
  • Meticulous and attention to detail
  • Must be good with numbers
  • Able to work fast and accurate (counting salary)
  • Well organize & able to multi task
  • Willing to work in West Area (Company transport at Choa Chu Kang & Pioneer MRT)
