  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8am \xe2\x80\x93 5pm
  • Salary: $2,500 - $3,000 + VB Given

Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update staff records on a timely basis
  • Handle HR matters such as staff medical claims, leave Preparing relevant HR documents.
  • Manage all work pass application, renewal and cancellation.
  • Assist in HR related project
  • To provide administrative support and carry out in general office duties.
  • Any other ad hoc duties to be assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience
  • Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and statutory submission
  • Must be PC literate & well-versed in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with all levels of staff
