Job Description





Responsibilities:\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf

  • Provide administrative support for collation & distribution of HR documents such as employees\xe2\x80\x99 contract renewals, work pass renewals, recruitment & termination of employment
  • Take on the role of leave coordinator and ensure all leave application is accurate, with proper documents and up to date
  • Attend to staff requests on HR matters and direct them to the rightful personnel
  • Assist in order creation and issuing delivery advise
  • Tracking orders and verify pricing (matching of DO to orders)\xef\xbb\xbf

\xef\xbb\xbfRequirements:\xef\xbb\xbf
  • Minimum NITEC/Diploma in any field
  • No experience is required, training will be provided
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
