Job Description

Responsibilities:



1. Execute payroll and related process in a timely and accurate manner


2. Process MOM related works like work passes, employment permit application, renewal and cancellation


3. Review HR policies & processes and ensure compliance to statutory requirement


4. Manage insurance matters


5. Familiar with IRAS Tax filing


6. Manage employee letters, reference letters, background checks, mandatory training, etc.


7. Manage employee data


8. Assist in accounting.


9. Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned


Requirements:



1. Relevant experience in processing end to end payroll


2. Strong knowledge in MOM laws and regulations


3. Good verbal and written communication skills


4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word and PDF files


5. Ability to multitask


6. Freshers and canditates with no experience are welcome to apply


5.5 day work week Office location: 40 Tech Park Crescent, Singapore 638097 * Transport will be provided from Joo Koon / Tuas Link MRT
