Works closely with Departments to understand competencies required for job openings to meet growing recruitment needs and manages recruitment process.
Proactively source for talents from all channels (i.e. Job Fairs/Employer branding events etc) for outreach programs.
Assists in developing and implementing HR analytics in reviewing effectiveness of recruitment initiatives.
Perform on-boarding (for example prepare employment related documents, work pass applications) and off-boarding processes (exit interviews, work pass cancellations etc).
Assists in identifying competency gaps and to propose appropriate training programs for Departments.
Maintains staff training records and assists in training administration (course registration, payment, submission for subsidies etc).
Organises corporate events and be part of the Staff Welfare Committee Team.
Secretariat for ESG social initiatives on community engagement.
Monthly payroll, timesheet, claims/allowances processing and month end payroll reports preparation.
Manages office and facility administration matters such as office cleaning, caf\xc3\xa9 exhaust cleaning, air condition maintenance works, facility gardening works, pest control works etc.
Ensure canteen sanitation programme is carried out well in accordance to regulations.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource and/or Facility Management disciplines.
At least 3 years of relevant experience.
Good understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and practices.
Organized, with attention to detail and proficient with numbers.
Friendly and approachable.
Independent, resourceful, confident with ability to multi task.
Able to respond and adapt well to changing situations.
