Maintain accurate records in HR system and employees\' personal file
Able to handle independently Employee HR issues (including staff insurance)
Administer of work pass applications (new application, renewal, cancellation, etc)
Provide general administrative support such as flight ticket and hotel booking, and travel expenses claims
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 2 years of related HR/Admin experience
Discreet in handling confidential issues
Familiar with Frontier software
Willing to handle 50% HR and 50% admin duties
