Job Description

Broad FunctionHR Generalist Reporting to: Deputy General Manager, Group HR & Administration Full spectrum of HR function including Payroll using infotech payroll Software, Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Labour law, payroll processing including writing of HR policies review.Requirements: * Relevant bachelor\'s degree / Diploma in HR / Business Management with At least 3 years of relevant HR Generalist experience with Manufacturing

• Comfortable with shuffling and working in Jurong East and Tuas Plant once or twice a week if require for meeting and sit in interview with Hiring Manager
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (Written and verbal)

Information

• 5 days\' work week from 8.15am - 5pm
• Work in Manufacturing plant in TUAS Avenue, 10min walk from TUAS WEST MRT and Company transport from Lakeside MRT
• Basic Salary ranges from $4.000 - $4.200 MAX with $80 Transport allowance + AWS + Bonus + $2500 Attractive Flexi benefits

Human Resource & Admin (HRA) Duties:

• Assist with overall HR strategies, initiatives, policies and processes
• HR generalist duties such as talent acquisition, payroll, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development
• Manage employees\' information in Infotech system
• Handle work pass applications and ensure compliance to MOM regulations
• Liaise with Union and handle employee relations matters
• Generate manpower/recruitment and other HR reports
• Manage office/administrative functions of the department
• Arrange and process procurement and SAP payment requests
• Assist with any other HRA projects where required
