Manage full-spectrum payroll (200 headcount), including salary, claims, benefits, and statutory compliance.
Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and maintaining employee records.
Handle blue-collar workforce matters, including mobilization, accommodation, and policy compliance.
Assist in employee engagement activities, company events, and provide general HR administrative support.
Requirements:
Able to start within 1 week.
At least a diploma in HR or related certifications.
Minimum 3 years of HR/payroll experience.
