Responsible for the recruitment, processing, on-boarding, personnel administration and exit of employees.
Responsible for training and development such as coordinates with external and internal trainers to arrange training schedule for employees.
Attend to employees\xe2\x80\x99 grievances and responsible to plan annual compensation exercise such as salary reviews and benefits to employees.
Review existing HR processing workflows and procedures to ensure compliance.
Ensure the annual appraisal exercise is conducted timely and to ensure that the appraisal reports are issued, completed, signed, filled and grades computation.
Organize internal meetings or activities.
Handle and monitor employees\xe2\x80\x99 leave administration process.
Safe keep and provide proper filing of all HR documents.
Responsible on airport passes application.
Familiar with work passes, MOM and its processes.
Handle documents and claim submission to government sectors such as NS, Child Care Leave, training subsidies and etc
Try to tap on some subsidies schemes from government.
To submit participation on service awards to CAG.
In charge of distributing company\xe2\x80\x99s stuff such as uniforms, name tag and locker key to the employees.
Perform other duties assigned by Human Resource Manager and General Manager.
Requirements
Min Diploma from any discipline
At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
Having good written and verbal communication skills
Able to handle multi-tasking
Integrity, honest, cooperative and strictly able to keep confidentiality at all times
