Position Title: HR & Admin Executive
Working Location: East (Nearest MRT: Tai Seng/ Paya Lebar)
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm)
Salary Package: Up to SGD2700 + Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing candidates & interviewing
Assist in monthly Payroll
Keep employee records up to date
Monitor worker training expiry
Work pass management: application, renewal, cancellation
Responsible for online submission of IR8A/IR21, Filling of HR documents
Receive incoming mail and send outgoing mail
Ordering office pantry & stationery, Answering Incoming calls, Arranging business travels (flight, hotel etc)
Processing of invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery orders to customers
Prepare project contract (tender documents)
Prepare shipping documents, Coordinate with freight forwarders for incoming/outgoing shipments, Ensure on-time delivery to customers, prepare commercial invoices for overseas supplier
Any other HR functions as needed

Min. Diploma in a related field
Min. of 1 year of working experience in a similar role
Training provided for inexperienced candidates
