Perform end to end recruitment process to ensure job opening are filled in a timely manner
Work closely with the hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
Draft and post job advertisement in recruitment portal, shortlist potential candidates and coordinate the interview schedules with the hiring managers
Prepare on-boarding documents such as application of work pass, background screening, job description and employment letter etc.
Perform on-boarding orientation for new employees
Check MOM quota to optimize the recruitment of foreign manpower
Assist in HR full spectrum operations and activities
Implement workplace health promotion activities and other welfare activities
Perform training administration duties, source for courses, register approved courses and coordinate with staff on the training
Prepare HR reporting
Liaise with HR vendor and verify their invoices
Any other duties assigned
