What You Will Be Doing:
Manage full-spectrum HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and payroll
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation is compliant with company policies and local regulations
Oversee day-to-day office administration, including procurement, asset management and vendor management
Support and coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and internal events
Identify and recommend improvements to HR and administrative processes
Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and HR policy clarification
Other interesting projects in the pipeline include internal HR audit, preparation for ISO and HR digitization.
What You Bring:
A Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred -- fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply
Experienced professionals looking to return to the workforce or resume their careers after a break are also encouraged to apply
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Self-motivated, independent, resourceful and detail-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR systems is a plus
