Responsibilities:

• Handle MOM work pass related applications and renewals
• Handle submission of government-paid claims, e.g. Childcare leave, Paternity Leave etc.
• Preparation of employment contracts, confirmation letters, exit docs, etc
• Handle day-to-day HR administrative work, e.g. timely update of employees\' leave applications, insurance claims, etc
• General administrative support, reception work (when necessary), etc
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Assist in travel bookings

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of HR Admin related experience especially MOM EP application / renewal & Government claims
• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity
• Organised, Meticulous and able to work
• independently in a fast paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office applications, good in excel
• Good communication skills and interpersonal relationship
• Team player and able to multi-task
