Job Scope:
- Update and maintain employees' leave and attendance records.
- Assist and coordinate recruitment process such as arranging interview with shortlisted candidates and onboarding process.
- Maintenance of employee records and support in other HR related matters from time to time.
- Handling training registration with external training providers and confirmation of course registration.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Minimum Diploma in Business/ Human Resource or related field.
- On-job training is provided.
- Able to start work immediately/ on short notice.
- Minimum 6 months
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
