Senior HR & Admin Executive Working Days: 5 Days Working Hours: Monday to Friday [ 8.30am-5.30pm ] Location: Admiralty Salary: $4,000-$4,500 + VB Requirements: * Minimum 5 years' of relevant Senior HR & Admin Executive Working Days: 5 Days Working Hours: Monday to Friday [ 8.30am-5.30pm ] Location: Admiralty Salary: $4,000-$4,500 + VB Requirements: Minimum 5 years' of relevant experience in as Senior HR Executive in Construction/Engineering/Manufacturing industry. Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or other equivalent professional qualifications. Familiar with HR practices and possess good knowledge in the local Employment Law and related statutory regulations. Prior experience in using Whyze HRIS system is preferred. Job Scope: Recruitment, On-boarding & Exit Formalities In charge of recruitment process including workforce planning, job advertisement posting, resume screening and arranging of interviews, conducting of interviews and selection of candidates. Prepare, maintain, monitor and update employee files. Work Pass applications, renewals and cancellations. New hire orientation & issuance of PPEs & IT devices. Handle Exit formalities. Training & Development Developing training plan for employee training & developmental needs based on company's business directions. Course registration, application of training grants and course fee payment advice. Maintenance of training records & course evaluation records. Participate in ISO auditing process. Compensation & Benefits Payroll administration for employees. Handle employee insurance claims including MOM incident reporting. Plan & organize company functions and staff welfare-related activities. Booking of flight & hotel arrangements for employees. Manage workers' dormitory records & employees' accommodation needs. Attend to employee queries on compensation & benefits. Performance Management Administer appraisals and performance management including grievance handling and employee discipline issues. Work with relevant supervisor & management to ensure appraisal results are fairly administered. Provide advice to supervisor & management on managing employee performance issues. Administrative duties Assist in formulation and implementation of key HR initiatives and programs. Review and draft policies & procedures, proactively recommend improvements to streamline the HR SOP. Preparation of appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, performance appraisal forms, etc. Prepare monthly manpower costing & training reports. Maintain leave records & follow up on submission of relevant leave forms & supporting documents. Assist in covering some duties when relevant staff is not in the office such as attending the phone calls enquiries and issue related to HR & Admin matter, handle incoming mails and outgoing postage/couriers, etc. Any other adhoc duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
