Prepare and submit monthly HR reports to HR Manager
Source training programs and liaise with industry trainers and institutions
Organise Company functions and staff welfare activities
Other ad-hoc HR & admin duties assigned by superior
Job Requirements:
Diploma/ Certificate in HR Management or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
High level of integrity, proactive and meticulous
Good knowledge of employment laws and best practices
Well-versed in MS Office
