Job Duties & Responsibilities



Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, candidate selection, reference checks, work passes, and employment contracts. Maintain employee records/p-file (both digital and physical) and ensure that all staff documentation are complete. Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations. Administer payroll, benefits, and performance reviews. Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives. Handle employee relations and grievance resolution. Provide support on HR policies, procedures and compliance monitoring. Coordinate training sessions, orientations, meetings, travel arrangements, and company events. Liaise with external clients for BPO staffing and support. Assist in office administration and vendor coordination Serve as the first point of contact for communications.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field. 2-4+ years of experience in HR and Admin Executive Good command of communication skills (written and oral). Must be familiar with statutory regulations and possess sound knowledge of the employment act and best practices Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) Good administrative, documentation & communication skills Able to work independently and with good initiative Detail-oriented, people-focused, proactive and able to work under pressure. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
