Job Description


Our client is a Hospitality industry. They are looking for a HR and Admin Executive to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in East. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including advertising, sourcing candidates, managing interviews, and handling job offers.
  • Handle Pro-family claims administration.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and orientation of newly hired employees.
  • Take charge of work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Coordinate the performance review process, including confirmation and annual reviews.
  • Execute monthly payroll processing.
Requirements:
  • Min Diploma / Degree in HR or any relevant field
  • Min 2 years working experience
  • Prior working experience in handling full spectrum of HR is a bonus
