Processing of work passes application, renewal and cancellation.
Manage onboarding and off-boarding administration.
Prepare authorities survey form for submission.
Handling of WICA claims and liaising with insurer.
Administer and renewal of staffs and general insurances.
Manage office administration including reception, office supplies, telecommunication services and IT assets.
Manage contracts and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers.
Able to undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time.
What Do You Need to Have?
At least 1 to 2 years of HR experience in Singapore.
Possesses an ITE NITEC or Higher NITEC in Human Resource Management or equivalent disciplines.
Experience in using HR system is an advantage.
Familiar with HR practices and well versed with Employment Act and MOM regulations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Team player with strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude.
Meticulous with attention to detail and possess good problem-solving skills.
* Good communication skills and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
