Human Resources
Manage end-to-end recruitment including job posting, shortlisting, interviews, offers, onboarding, offboarding and staff orientation.
Implement and maintain HR policies to ensure compliance with MOM regulations and statutory requirements.
Maintain and update accurate employee personal records and HR databases.
Administer leave records, track attendance, and process staff medical and insurance claims.
Administration
Liaise with company secretary
Oversee the purchase and replenishment of pantry items, stationery, toilet paper and cleaning supplies.
Liaise with vendors to coordinate maintenance and servicing of air-conditioning, water dispensers and other office equipment.
Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
Assist management with arranging flight tickets and accommodation for business travel.
Plan and coordinate company events such as Dinner & Dance, Chinese New Year, Christmas celebrations, and team-building activities.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management to support daily operations.
Willing to perform overtime as and when required to meet business needs.
Requirements:
Diploma or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resource role, preferably in a generalist capacity.
Knowledge in Employment Act & MOM regulations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in Info-tech HRMS System an advantage
