We are looking for a proactive and organized

HR & Admin Executive

to join our growing team.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing HR processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. You'll be part of a supportive team that values efficiency, teamwork, and a positive work culture.


Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources (HR):



Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR-related documentation. Assist in payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management. Coordinate staff training, welfare, and team-building activities. Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and HR policies.

Administration:



Manage daily office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination. Handle general correspondence, filing, and document control. Support management in scheduling meetings and preparing reports. Oversee office maintenance, courier services, and inventory. Assist with company events and ad-hoc administrative projects.

Requirements:



Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred (fresh graduates are welcome). Familiar with Singapore employment laws and HR practices is an advantage. Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace. * Able to work independently and handle confidential information with professionalism.
