Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening and selection, reference checks, employment contracts, security clearance, and work pass processing.
Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical p-files), ensuring all staff documentation is complete, organized, and compliant.
Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation schedules, asset issuance/return, and exit interviews.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, internal employment policies, and audit standards.
Oversee performance management processes, including goal-setting cycles, mid-year/annual reviews, and KPI tracking.
Support and execute employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, and company-wide communications.
Manage employee relations concerns, provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, and assist in conflict resolution where necessary.
Administer compensation and benefits, including payroll coordination, statutory contributions, leave administration, insurance/benefits enrolment, and salary benchmarking support.
Maintain HR dashboards and reports, including manpower updates, recruitment status, turnover analysis, and training records.
Coordinate training sessions, orientations, compliance briefings, company events, internal meetings, and travel arrangements.
Assist in policy creation, review, and updates for employee handbooks, SOPs, and HR guidelines.
Support HR projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency, employee experience, and HR systems.
Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related communications, inquiries, and interdepartmental coordination.
Handle general administrative tasks, vendor coordination, and office-related HR support as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or BS Psychology course.

Must be familiar with local statutory regulations and possess sound knowledge of the employment act and best practices in Singapore
Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
Good administrative, documentation & written/oral communication skills
Able to work independently and with good initiative
Detail-oriented, people-focused, proactive and able to work under pressure.
