Job Description

Our client is in the Environmental industry, they are one of the leading waste management solutions providers in Singapore. They are located in the

West

area - easily accessible.





Responsibilities:



HR Records & Reporting

- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, and prepare monthly/ad-hoc HR reports for the HR Manager.

Payroll Support

- Update and verify TMS reports, process overtime requisitions, and ensure timely salary processing.

Performance & Employee Lifecycle Management

- Track probation confirmations, ensure timely appraisals, and prepare HR letters (contracts, confirmation, increment, promotion, etc.).

Recruitment & Staffing

- Manage the full recruitment cycle, liaise with agencies, and handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.

Training & Development

- Source, coordinate, and liaise with trainers and institutions for staff training programs.

HR Events & Administration

- Assist in organising company functions, welfare activities, and support HR administrative needs across departments.

Requirements:



Min Diploma in HR Management or equivalent with at least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience. Experience in verifying time attendance records will be preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills
