We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic

HR / Admin Intern

to join our team! This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and office administration while contributing to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


What You'll Do



Assist in recruitment activities (job postings, screening resumes, arranging interviews) Support onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Help organize company events, trainings, and engagement activities Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and office coordination Provide day-to-day support to the HR and Admin team

What We're Looking For



Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Strong interest in HR and administrative functions Good communication and interpersonal skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Internship Details



Duration: 3-6 months (contract basis) Working Hours: 8am - 5pm * Allowance: $600 - $800
