What You'll Do
Assist in recruitment activities (job postings, screening resumes, arranging interviews)
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Help organize company events, trainings, and engagement activities
Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and office coordination
Provide day-to-day support to the HR and Admin team
What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong interest in HR and administrative functions
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
