Job Description


HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities.

In doing so, support the Human Resource department in coordinating with the respective departments on the implementation of the aforementioned. Detailed activities include:

  • Update our internal databases and systems
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
  • Assist Office Manager with HR Systems
  • Prepare HR and Finance related reports and documents as needed
  • Participate in organizing company events and special events
Requirements:

Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus, good knowledge of HR lifecycle, organized and meticulous

Education: Diploma/Degree

Skills: Microsoft Office
