Job Description

:

• Oversee the full spectrum of HR and administrative operations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company\'s goals.
• Review and update HR policies to ensure they comply with labor laws and industry standards.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings to candidate selection.
• Create talent acquisition strategies and manage employee onboarding.
• Handle employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Implement and maintain performance management systems, conducting regular employee appraisals and development.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with government regulations.
• Supervise payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.
• Recommend and review salary structures, bonuses, and incentive schemes.
• Identify employee training needs and design programs to enhance their skills and competencies.
• Organize both internal and external training programs to support career development.
• Oversee office management, including facility maintenance, lease agreements, and vendor management.
• Ensure the workplace environment is conducive to productivity and complies with safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and internal policies.

Prepare and present HR reports, including workforce trends and turnover metrics, to senior management. * Perform additional duties as assigned.Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
• 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience managing work pass applications, foreign worker regulations, and office administration is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
• Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in HR software and systems.
• Willingness to travel to construction sites and work in both office and field settings.
