Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and frameworks that align with business goals and comply with local labour laws across all regions.
Act as a trusted HR businesspartner, providing guidance and strategic advice on HR-related matters.
Support department heads in workforce planning and assessing manpower needs.
Lead the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits programs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and talent retention.
Manage employee relations, including disciplinary matters, counselling, and terminations in line with policies and laws.
Execute performance management processes, including appraisals, promotions, and bonus preparation.
Champion learning and development initiatives to enhance workforce skills and capabilities.
Drive employee engagement and workplace culture through events, team-building, and recognition activities.
Manage office administration functions, including procurement, contracts, space management, vendor liaison, and general administrative systems.
Requirements:
Degree holder
5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail industry
Knowledge on Singapore Employment Act and Microsoft Excel will have added advantageous
