Working location: West Singapore
Working days & hrs: 5 days, Mon - Fri (8.45am - 5.30pm)
Salary Range: up to S$ 6500 (dep on exp) + AWS + VB
Company transport provided at Jurong East MRT station and lunch provided
Primary Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment & selection including shortlist, interview and on boarding process
Manage and hands-on Work Pass applications/renewals
Preparation of letter of offers and other onboarding matters
Processing of monthly & adhoc payroll and seeking approval from Management
Administer company\'s HR system
Bonus proposal/approval and processing of bonus in HR system
Oversee, update on company policies and implement changes in statutory policies. Propose action plans for Management on change of statutory policies
Liaise with government bodies or relevant certification bodies on audit matters
Liaise with external auditors to support audit exercises whenever required
IR21 submission to IRAS
Annual employees\' income submission to IRAS (IR8A)
Manage training requirements and admin for employees
Submission and update on government bodies\' survey
Executive assistant support to the Management
Coordinate with IT team on IT requirements and issues
Assist company events and festive decorations
Relevant study in Human Resource, Business or any other related study
Proficient in Justlogin or similar HR software
