Hr & Admin Manager (regional)

Job Description
Our client is a Japanese Company in the Distribution industry and they are looking for an HR & Admin Manager to lead their operations and strategy regionally.
Role
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions
- Assess training needs and manage the relevant training programs through sourcing of vendors, grants application, etc
- Manage compensation & benefits including administration of insurance schemes
- Overseeing of payroll
- Drive annual performance appraisal and salary review
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process including liaising with recruitment agencies
- Enhance employee engagement and experience
- Work with in-country HR personnel to drive regional HR programs for employee retention and engagement
- Any ad-hoc duties including office administration and supporting of Directors
- Bachelor\'s in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or related fields
- 3 - 5 years in supervisory role
- At least 5 - 8 years experience in HR
- Experience working in Japanese company will be preferred
- Well-versed in local regulations including Employment Act, MOM, CPF, IRAS
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills/good English writing to manage stakeholders of all levels of seniority
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
