We are looking for a capable and motivated HR administrative officer to provide general administrative and HR support in a dynamic office environment. The role will focus on assisting inprocessing monthly payroll, administering staff benefits, and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the organisation.

Provide administrative support for all levels of staff including:
Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time
Administer staff benefits, including leave, insurance, and claims
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
Support onboarding, and offboarding processes
Assist with general office administration, including procurement, filing, and coordination of internal communications
Ensure HR and administrative compliance with relevant policies and assist during audits
Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed

Requirement:
Minimum Diploma Qualification
Preferably some experience in Human Resources or in a related administrative role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
A proactive team player who can also work independently
