Job Description





Responsibilities

  • Provide general HR support to the HR Team
  • Maintain employee & HR records and documentation
  • Assist in payroll processing to ensure smooth payroll cycle run
  • Maintain and update payroll record
  • Processing of statutory/ government claims & staff claims
  • Manage employee leave record
  • Ensure compliance with MOM and government regulations
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 1 - 2 years of experience in HR Admin experience
  • Ability to start work within short notice will be ideal
