Our client\'s core business is creating a lifestyle in the bath and home wear. Their products include towels, towel wear, bathmats, and bathroom accessories. They are looking for an HR and Admin Office to expand the business.
\xe3\x80\x90What will you be working on\xe3\x80\x91
HR Operations Strategy: Develop and implement HR operations strategies aligned with the Company\xe2\x80\x99s overall goals, objectives and business growth.
HR policies: Assure the Company\xe2\x80\x99s HR policies are aligned with statutory requirements, properly implemented and practised. Revise HR policies from time to time upon necessities.
Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for office staff and in-store sales associates, including job posting, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the selection process.
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Develop and improve onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive experience for new hires and departing employees.
Performance Management /Retention of Talents: make sure to provide a proper career development path to each employee. Assist the management in implementing the performance management process in goal setting, and performance appraisals.
Staff Monitoring: monitor staff attendance and make sure the work-life balance is maintained to achieve optimal performance by office staff and in-store sales associates
Team building: reinforce relations across the team by providing collective training sessions and/or events
HR Data and Reporting: Manage HR data and analytics, including employee records, benefits information, compensation data, and performance metrics.
HR Vendor Management: Manage relationships with HR service providers, such as recruitment agencies,
Payroll: Process monthly payroll by closely working with the finance manager. Make sure payments are done on time.
Liaise with government: fulfil MOM requirements for EP/SPass/WP application and renewal.
Process annual IRAS Income tax filing.
Oversee the group\xe2\x80\x99s HR and administrative requirements in Singapore and also regionally.
Admin function
Office maintenance: Manage daily general administration works including maintaining office stationery supplies, office housekeeping, and liaising with suppliers.
IT matters: Liaising with IT vendors for all IT-related matters.
Mails and Couriers: Sorting of incoming postal mail and arranging of courier services.
Insurance: Renewal of company insurance
Preparing of internal & external Memo
Booking: Booking of air ticket, hotel accommodation, restaurant, etc.
Team schedule: Manage and share team schedule
Qualifications
Requirement
\xe3\x80\x90What they are looking for\xe3\x80\x91
At least Diploma holder
Knowledge and experience in HR operations management, including HRIS management, payroll administration, benefits administration, and compliance. Familiarity with Singapore\'s employment laws and regulations is crucial.
Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes.
Proven ability to manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management.
Proven ability to foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture while providing HR guidance and support to the company.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English, with the ability to effectively draft and communicate HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to stakeholders at all levels.
Strong ethics and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive HR information with discretion.
Proficient with Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
