Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Maintaining HR files, records, and databases.
  • Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries related to HR matters.
  • Verifying staff expenses claim to ensure claims are adhere to company policy
  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Maintenance and update of organization chart
  • Keep track of staff movement in relation to HR and traveling activities
  • Coordinating HR related events for employees.
  • Process of Group Insurance administration for staff and
  • Handle basic employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Administration of travel arrangement such as hotel booking; visas processing
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of relevant HR experience
  • Nitec or Diploma in business admin or relevant field
