Job Description

• Basic salary up to $3,000
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm
• Working Location: Jurong East (Walking distance from MRT Station)
• Variable bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle in full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees
• Work closely with HR to maintain accurate employee records and resolve any discrepancies in payroll data.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, taxes, and deductions, providing timely and accurate information.
• Managing manpower needs as per business requirement , including managing duty roster/ payroll
• Mediate workplace conflicts, provide counselling, and organize engagement initiatives
• Handle any ad-hoc HR-related projects and tasks.
