Job Description

• Basic up to $2,800
• Working day: Monday to Friday
• Working Hour: 8.30am to 6.30pm
• Location: Jurong East (Walking distance from MRT station)

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation and issuance of invoices, credit notes and statement of accounts.
• Performing accounts receivable reconciliation when updating receipts in accounting system.
• Follow up with the collection for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
• Generating Debtor aging reports for Manager.
• Timely month-end closing for accounts receivable function.
• Assist in internal and external audit matters.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Additional Information:

• Proficient in Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, vlookup, etc.)
• Knowledge and experience in Autocount accounting software will be an advantage.
