Key Responsibilities



Recruitment & Onboarding


Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for front- and back-of-house positions.


Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and staff transfer documents.


Conduct orientation and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.

HR Administration


Maintain and update employee records in HR systems (including

BIPO

) and physical files.


Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations with MOM.


Prepare letters (confirmation, increment, promotion, warning, termination).


Track staff movements, transfers, and resignations.

Payroll & Compliance


Support monthly payroll preparation using the

BIPO system

, including allowances, overtime, CPF/SDL contributions.


Ensure accurate submission of MOM, CPF, and IRAS-related documents.


Assist with HR audits and statutory reporting.

Employee Relations & Welfare


Support outlet managers in handling employee queries and welfare matters.


Coordinate staff benefits (medical e-cards, meal allowances, incentives, training subsidies).


Help implement staff engagement initiatives (e.g., colleague of the month, referral bonuses).

Training & Development


Register staff for WSQ Food Safety and other required courses.


Maintain training records in

BIPO

and liaise with providers for SSG subsidies.


Follow up with employees on training obligations and indemnity agreements.
